WORKSHOP
Welcome to the Addiktion Cycles workshop.
We are the only registered and approved SHIMANO SERVICE CENTRE in St Albans, so you can be sure your bike will be looked after and repaired to the highest standard. Lloyd is our Cytech qualified and experienced mechanic.
We are usually very busy so it is necessary for your bike to have an appointment, please call us on 01727 858841 for the next available date.
We try to do same day turn around, so your bike needs to be with us by 11am (noon on Wednesday) on the day it is booked in. You can also drop it off the evening before if that is easier.
When you arrive with your bike we will check it over with you, noting anything that you require doing and if you require, we can also give you an estimate at the same time. If an estimate is given and we find extra work that needs doing during the repair we will contact you before we proceed. We will not exceed the estimate without first discussing it with you. You will need to leave us with good contact numbers to ensure that we can get the job done.
Please note: No bikes will be worked on if brought into us for repair covered in excessive mud or oil (unless having a bike wash or degrease, which needs to be booked in advance)
